The brief
Alana Villas needed a single platform to sell both short-term luxury vacation rentals and real estate listings across four Pacific-coast regions of Mexico — Puerto Vallarta, Punta Mita, Riviera Nayarit and Riviera Maya — to a mostly international buyer and renter audience.
What I built
A full website build from the ground up: property showcase pages built for oceanfront listings, region-based navigation, and lead capture tuned for both renters and buyers.
SEO, AEO & GEO
Beyond standard technical and on-page SEO, I optimized the content structure so it also answers well inside AI answer engines (AEO) and generative search overviews (GEO) — the newer surfaces where high-intent luxury travel and property searches increasingly start.
